Wonderful experience! I brought my friends from France and they loved the fried chicken. Also wonderful customer service and got to bring home some fabulous souvenirs from the store. Definitely will be back next time I’m in TN. Thank you so much!

Unique dinning experience. You order for the table and get unlimited "refills" on each item. Delicious food; the starter garlic bread was crazy good. And don't get me started on how tasty the fried chicken was. Even the sweet tea was perfect. I recommend trying this spot out. Also, would also like to note the beautiful & clean atmosphere and welcoming staff, very mindful to those with a disability!

Beautiful environment, staff are very friendly, food was delicious . The menu is priced for an all you can eat buffet that is literally brought to your table of the food you have chosen. You are not allowed to bring any leftovers home due to their firm policy. Overall it was relaxing, delicious and the views of the area were just as enjoyable during your meal experience.

The atmosphere was lovely with elevated views of the Island square. The service was friendly and attentive. The food was meh. On par with mid range buffet quality. The biscuits were fluffy and out of this world, unfortunately the rest was disappointing. The pork chops looked steamed and soggy. The meatloaf was almost overly tender and the tomato glaze tasted like plain ketchup. Everything from greens, gravy, and okra were too salty. Great experience, but overall I would pass on eating at Paula Deen's again.

Every time I come to Tennessee this is a must stop for dinner. Our servers are always on point with customer service and the food is absolutely delicious and worth every dime. We enjoy shopping in the little home front store downstairs and the atmosphere and both areas is absolutely unbelievable!!

Paula Deens family kitchen was nothing that bad, but pretty good. Fried chicken was just okay. Thought the chicken might of been a little bit better, but maybe that's just me. Chickens are little dinosaurs and it was dinosaurs fest on the island... maybe related. The rest of everything else was amazing. We ordered a couple of beers that our waitress forgot about. Sad. Ok Bye

First visit and definitely recommend! Food was seasoned well and delicious. Love that it's unlimited with a dessert included for each person in your party and that you can shop in the store downstairs. Clean restaurant and friendly staff. Free parking but be prepared to walk or catch the shuttle in order to get to the restaurant. Also recommend making reservations instead of walking in.

Our server Laurel was fantastic! She was the highlight of our dining experience. No wait as we were seated quickly after going up stairs. We put in our choices and Laurel quickly brought us the cheese biscuits to start. The cheese biscuits were amazing but the other items, not so much. The meatloaf was ok, the pork chops and friend chicken were overly salty as was most of everything else. The sides were just side but the creamy potatoes were just as expected. It reminds me of cafeteria food but paying a premium for being a tourist town. If you are looking for great food, this place ain’t it. But the atmosphere and view is great though.
